OUR OBJECTIVE
Providing Legal Ald & Counselling Services to Distressed Women
➤ Establish counselling centres to provide mental health support, emotional support and legal guidance to women facing distress.
➤Collaborate with legal professionals to offer pro bono legal aid services to those in need.
Empowering Girls and Women to Raise Their Volce Against Abuse & Negligence:
➤ Conduct sensitization programme, workshops focusing on assertiveness, communication skills, gender & equality for girls and women.
Ensuring Proper Implementation of the Protection of Women against Domestic Violence Act; 2005, Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act; 2013 in the Target Area:
➤ Support for the effective implementation of existing laws through awareness campaigns and community engagement.
➤ Collaborate with local authorities to address gaps in the implementation process.
Providing Training on Women Rights & it's related Acts:
➤ Organize training programs on women's rights, covering relevant legislation such as the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act; 2013, Gender Violence; Discrimination; Mainstreaming, and PWDV Act.
➤ Equip community members, especially women, with knowledge about their legal rights.
➤ Ensuring Proper Implementation of Right to Education:

Advocacy for Legal Protections. Advocate for the effective enforcement of protective laws and policies that support marginalized communities.
Collaboration: Partner with local organizations and stakeholders to create sustainable change and enhance service delivery.
Empowerment Initiatives. Encourage marginalized communities to raise their Vuicez against abuse and discrimination through empowerment programs.
Continuous Evaluation Regularly assess and adapt programs based on feedback to meet the evolving needs of those served.
