Having career in the field of NGO where her dominance prevails in the field of child health care, rescue, team handling, management reporting and governance and her emphasis has always been to provide safe haven to the girls at Keertika Protection home and affection so that they don't feel the lack of family.
Oliviya Mukherjee
Counsellor
Masters in Clinical Psychology
Oliviya is a dedicated Counselling Psychologist with an MSc in Clinical Psychology. She has been working at Behala Keertika for the past three years, providing psychological support to children. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, she helps children navigate emotional challenges, trauma, and behavioural concerns. Through therapy and guidance, she strives to create a safe and supportive space where children can express themselves and develop resilience.
Antara Mishra
Para Medical Staff
Pursuing MSW
Antara is a committed Para Medical Staff, currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work (MSW). She plays a crucial role at Behala Keertika, working closely with doctors to ensure the health and well-being of the children. Her responsibilities include assisting in medical treatments, monitoring health conditions, administering first aid, and providing essential healthcare support. With her compassionate approach and commitment, she contributes significantly to the care and protection of the children.
